Yesterday Josh and I got the newest member of our menagerie. She is a desert tortoise who appears to be over 13 years old. She was found walking down Stella road by Station 13, so I named her Stella. I think she escaped from someones yard because she is quite the escape artist and is very friendly towards humans. The dogs aren't sure what to make of her yet. Lizzy watches her from afar and runs if Stella gets too close!
I have had Pipkin for a year now but never made him his own official post. He is the best rabbit I think I have ever had. He comes when he is called (most of the time), loves to sit on my lap, and is always cheerful and happy to see us. Sam and I bought him at the feed store one Saturday so I have no idea what kind of rabbit he is or how old he is. I love looking out the sliding glass door and seeing him hop by!
