After Christmas Josh and I made the 14 hour drive to Utah to visit my family. Everybody came with us, the dogs and the rabbit. First we stayed at my cousin Layla's house where we spent New Year's Eve playing a hilarious game that involved dancing, opera singing, and poetry.
While visiting my mom, we made these adorable cupcake invitations for the baby shower she is throwing my cousin Layla and me.
When we first arrived in Utah there wasn't any snow but after being there a few days the snowflakes began to fall. It was a beautiful sight.
Josh took the dogs sledding in the blow up boat we used this summer at Bear Lake. Unfortunately it was a miserable fail. They slid down the hill as slow as mollasses!
Emerson was not very thrilled about his first experience in the snow and spent most of his time on the porch while we played.
However, Lizzy had a blast!
Even Pipkin liked it. He hopped around and dug little holes and enjoyed the change of scenery. 
We had a blast and can't wait to see everyone again soon.
